What is considered a reasonable price for a new Nintendo Wii console?

Nintendo announce New Wii console - Game Reviews, News & Trailers ...

Nintendo have announced they will unveil their new console at this year's E3 game show in Los Angles.

Codenamed Project Cafe, which is expected to launch next year, the new system is said to sport high definition visuals and will have power similar to Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Sony's PlayStation 3.

Although the Japanese giant are keeping their cards close to their chests, speculation is rife that the successor to Wii will also feature a controller which includes touch screen functionality.

In a note published along with the company's 2011 financial statement, it was also confirmed that Nintendo will show a playable model of the new console at E3 in June.

Figures in the report showed that Nintendo's net income from the past year dropped 66 per cent. However, on a more positive note for the company announced the 3DS has sold 3.61 million units to date.
