Q: i have a dell computer right now and my uncle is going to give me his apple power mac G4 just the computer (tower), will i be able to use my Dell monitor, mouse and keyboard with the mac or do i need to buy all new stuff?

A: They will all work! Even if some of the connections do not perfectly work, you can buy cheap converter cables at Walmart, Circuit City, Best Buy, Radio Shack, wherever...

There is no need to buy new stuff!
