Q: I want to buy a new monitor and I can spend around $150-200. 1080p resolution or better is a must, 24 inch is preferable. Does anyone know of any monitors that fit that price that they would recommend?
A: You can buy a 24 inch 1080p monitor for cheap from http://www.amazon.com/gp/search/ref=sr_n r_p_36_0?rh=n%3A172282%2Cn%3A!493964%2Cn %3A541966%2Cn%3A1292115011%2Ck%3A24+inch +1080p%2Cp_36%3A1253506011&bbn=12921 15011&keywords=24+inch+1080p&ie=
ASUS has a wide range of monitors which run the gamut from ultra high end professional products to more reasonably priced units. While the ML248H lies closer to the bottom of their product stack in terms of overall price, it definitely doesn’t skimp on features and is supposed to offer some reasonable image quality as well. But can this sub-$225 24″ monitor overcome the limitations of its TN panel?
If fingerprints on monitor bezels are that much of problem, then those people must be the biggest slobs, so i definitely would not cater to them when designing a monitor. There is no reason you couldn't tilt and swivel by touching only the back and/or the sides of the display. My Samsung BX2431 came with a cloth to clean the bezel... i used it once for fingerprints.
