How long should a macbook aluminium 13 inch's battery last on a single charge?

Q: You see guys, my macbook aluminium is 19 months old. And my battery can last only around 2 hours. Is that normal for a 19 months old computer to last 2 hours? Or should it be longer?
It had gone through 245 cycles of charges.

A: after your Macbook is fully charged, do you still leave it connected to the outlet overnight or while your out? If yes, you are killing your battery life!!!
