Is it just my ipod 4th gen, or does it have really poor battery capacity than the Nano 3rd gen?

Q: I own both a 3rd and 4th gen iPod Nano. The 4th generation Nano's battery goes flat within a day. Whereas my 3rd gen lasts days. I'm wandering if its a fault, or if all 4th gen nano's are the same?

A: It could be that the 4th gen uses more battery due to the higher colour resolution on the lcd screen. To get the most out of your battery life, I suggest turning the brightness to the lowest setting, and setting the backlight to the shortest display
