Which laptop brand is better? Hewlett-Packard (HP) or Samsung? I'm a PC user, so please don't recommend Apple Macbook. I've used one before and I really like PCs better.
OK in my opinion you would be better to go with either an ACER or ASUS. I have 5 grandchildren and two have Dell and one has an HP and two have ACER's. of the 5 laptops the two ACER's have given no problems at all. The HP and Dell's have not been as reliable. A keyboard was replaced on one Dell and the other the touch/mouse pad quit working. The HP the sound is bad and gives problems. If you "google" laptop reviews I think you will get your answer.
