4G,they have a regular tv I got a flat,They got 5 year old computer,I got brand new. I'm so guilty! I feel so bad it just feels wrong. They should spend some on themselves as well. In the recently-held International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) for 2011, a lot of new gadgets have been unveiled. The popular VIERA line of televisions was there, introducing the latest 42-inch flat screen TVs from Panasonic. There are classes from plasma, LCD and LED display panels. The following is a quick guide to help you out.
For display panels using plasma technology, there’s the S30. It boasts of a speedy 600Hz Sub-field Drive processor which helps eliminate motion blurs and judders. It has a 1080p resolution for crisp and vivid HD images. VIERA Link technology and 3 HDMI ports makes for a hassle-free home entertainment system. 2 USB ports let you enjoy multimedia playback.
There’s also the X3 which carries the technologies found on the S30. But this one allows you to plug in only 2 AV components simultaneously as it has a couple of HDMI ports. With the ST30, you can tap entertainment options on the net without a PC. It’s also Wi-Fri capable, and you can make video calls with the integrated Skype software.
Samsung's flat-panel shipments slumped 31 percent to 8.8 million units during the first quarter. The profit it generated in that operation--100 billion won--was led by improved LED TV sales, which made up 39 percent of the company's flat-panel revenue
