Q: Does the Alltel HTC Touch Pro require a data plan? I have the Motorola Q9c smart phone and I'm not paying for a data plan just to use it. I was wondering if I do the same with the HTC Touch Pro. I just like the look of the phone and its full slide out
A: You have to have a data plan with this phone.Why would you want a smart phone like that one if you cant use the features?
