Great Vid, I have a Touch Pro for Verizon. I did all the steps you mentioned that relates to verizon. I Get to the final Screen in the RUU when it says it will take 10 min. to install. When the phone goes to the tri-color screen, Activesync disconnects and the computer wont recognize the phone. Any solutions for this?
